Returns & Refunds
Hurdle will accept returns for cash refunds within 30 days of the order delivery date. Please note that for hygienic purposes, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges for socks that have clearly been used or without the original packaging. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have experienced an incorrect order (i.e. you received the incorrect size, style, or color) please contact us at support@hurdleapparel.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

We appreciate your understanding that shipping costs and Checkout+ (i.e., Free Exchanges + Package Protection add-on) are non-refundable.
Processing Time
All returns and exchanges can take up to 7 - 10 business days to process from the time the product is received by our warehouse team. After our team has conducted quality control and inspection of the returned product, we will process your exchange or refund.

We craft every Hurdle product with exceptional care, and we stand behind our quality. If you encounter any manufacturing defects, we've got you covered – for life.
Here's How It Works: We'll replace your defective item with the same style and size. If your exact item isn't available, our team will help you select a comparable alternative. In special cases, we may offer store credit
Please Note: Natural wear and tear from regular use isn't covered under this guarantee. Just like your favorite running shoes, our materials have a natural lifespan.
To submit a claim please email support@hurdleapparel.com with the following:
- Provide your order confirmation or receipt
- Send clear photos showing the manufacturing defect
