Do you offer a military discount?

Yes! Please reach out to us at support@hurdleapparel.com and we will assist you with your discount.

Why am I unable to apply a discount code?

You will only be able to apply one discount code per order. It may also be that the order is not eligible for the discount, the discount code has expired, or that the code has been used with a previous order. If you are still having trouble with your discount code, please reach out to us at support@hurdleapparel.com and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I change the style or color of the products in my order?

We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee that any changes can be made to your order. Please email us at support@hurdleapparel.com and we will let you know if changes will be possible.

Can I change the shipping address for my order? 

As shared in the order confirmation email, you will only be able to update the shipping address for your order within 60 minutes of the order being placed. Please use the ‘Edit Shipping Address’ link within your order confirmation email to make any changes. 

Unfortunately, after 60 minutes, we are unable to guarantee that the shipping address can be updated for the order.

United States Shipping

Free Shipping

We’re happy to offer free shipping on orders above $65 that are shipped within the contiguous US*. Please note that this is calculated after discounts and before taxes. 

*Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, so we appreciate your understanding and hope to offer better shipping options in the future. 

Standard Shipping

For orders below $65, we offer standard shipping for $5.95. 

Standard Plus or Free Plus

For an additional $1.98, we also offer Standard Plus or Free Plus, which includes free returns and exchanges with your purchase.

  • Free Plus: $1.98

 

UK and Canada Shipping

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over $130 that are shipped to the UK or Canada. 

Standard Shipping

For orders below $130, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Once an order has been shipped, it typically takes 3 - 10 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your distance to our distribution facility in Texas. We know that the carriers are doing their best to deliver the packages as quickly as possible!

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the tracking to be updated as the shipment makes its way from our distribution facility to the carrier. 

If you’re still having trouble tracking your order, please reach out to support@hurdleapparel.com and we will be happy to provide further assistance.

What do I do if my package is delayed?

We know that the shipping carriers are doing their best to deliver the packages as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, packages can experience delays due to weather, strikes or other unforeseen factors that are outside of our control. While we completely understand that delays can be frustrating, we truly appreciate your understanding and patience as the package makes its way to you.

Please note that the holiday season will be extra busy for our shipping partners and delays are likely to be expected.

My package was marked as delivered, but I have not received my order.

Have you gotten a chance to check your mailbox, mailroom, front porch, back porch, or anywhere that the package could have been left on the property? Occasionally, packages may have been accidentally mis-delivered, so we would also recommend checking with your neighbors or building manager if possible. Unfortunately, we often see carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive, so we’d truly appreciate it if we could give it a few days to see if the package does show up. 

If you’re still unable to locate your package after a few days, please reach out to us at support@hurdleapparel.com, so that we can provide further assistance.

What is the fit of your socks like?

Our socks should be snug, but not overly tight. If you are in between shoe sizes or prefer wide-width shoes, we would generally recommend to size up.

What are the care instructions?

We recommend machine wash on a cold normal cycle, and machine dry with low heat.

Is there a left sock and a right sock?

Yes! Our socks are specifically designed to fit the contours of your right and left feet, so please make sure to put them on your correct feet, L for left foot and R for right foot.

How does Hurdle’s matrix technology work to benefit me?

Hurdle’s MicroGravity Matrix is made from a soft, flexible, and ultra thin shock absorbing material we have dubbed as Micro-Elastomer. Precision engineered into a matrix pattern with subtle variances in dimensions and infused between the fibers of our performance yarn, our matrix stretches and conforms to the contours of your feet to absorb shock and disperse weight evenly. Matrix Technology is a first of its kind, proprietary footwear technology engineered to enhance the layers of pedal fat that we all have at the bottom of our feet, which act as natural shock absorbers to help protect and support us as we walk and run.

Other performance socks use natural or synthetic yarn like cotton or nylon to provide cushioning and support, but yarn fibers simply lie flat upon the pressure of human weight and do not absorb shock or disperse weight.

What type of shoes do I wear with Hurdle socks?

Any type you prefer. Our socks are just as thin (or thinner) as your ordinary performance socks and can be worn with any style of shoes, ranging from running shoes and casual wear to work boots and even dress shoes.

Does it matter if I wear a left sock on my right foot or vice versa?

YES! Our matrix technology is engineered to conform specifically to your left and right foot. If you wear Hurdle socks on the incorrect feet, you may not experience the maximum level of comfort.

What is MicroPly knitting technology?

MicroPly knitting technology takes incredibly thin yarn fibers that are layered onto each other in a way that creates double layer protection while still maintaining single layer dimensions. The result is softer, stronger, and more breathable than your ordinary sock

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. For hygienic reasons, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have clearly been used or without the original packaging. 

If you have experienced an incorrect delivery (i.e., you received the incorrect size, style, or color), please contact us at support@hurdleapparel.com within 30 days of receiving your order, so that we can make things right for you.
